The roof has been resealed (per a neighbor report about 5 years ago) With a little cosmetic TLC, this would make a nice home. Buyers must meet landlords requirements to rent in the park. Buyers looking to have the home moved will be required to have home moved by June 21st, 2021. The lot must be left in good condition acceptable to the landlord. The day following the auction buyer will be required to place a $2,500 deposit with Triple A Realty.
